As the UX Designer and Design System Manager, I worked on this end to end process accross 6 sprints.
I have to ensure the consistency and scalability across the product. I also crafted features that increase daily engagement across 5 multifinancing flows.
FIFGO offers 5 key financing solutions, each designed for different life stages :
Motorcycle financing
Gadget & electronics financing
Multipurpose loans (education, weddings)
Business capital loans
Financing for umrah and hajj travel
Final Journey
Given more time and space, I would have loved to deepen the user experience even further by:
Contract health feature
Helping users see how well they’re managing repayments, with visual cues or a credit health score.
Intelligent repayment projections
helping users understand not just current obligations but future financial scenarios example: “If I pay early...” or “What if I refinance?”
Be the product owner
I believe staying close to the development and iteration process would sharpen my eagle eye for every scope from business logic to user behavior and help the product evolve into something even more intelligent, human, and scalable over time.
